Infuse the vodka with 2 slices of beetroot, remove them after 6 hours.
Add ice to a rocks glass.
Pour 40ml beetroot infused Our/Berlin.
Add the vodka to your glass.
Pour 20ml Rose vermouth.
Add vermouth to your glass.
Stir down on ice for 2 minutes.
Pinch a zest of grapefruit on top to release oils, twist and put in the glass.
