Our Los Angeles Vodka

Our/Los Angeles starts with demineralized and deionized Los Angeles city water ensuring that final conductivity is below 20μS/cm to achieve a pure starting place for the process.

Our Los Angeles Vodka

Our electrically heated (water bath) copper still has a filling capacity of 15.8 gallons and is used to distill a raw wheat distillate sourced from Ahus, Sweden.  This distillate is constant across all of our sister cities and gives our product its distinct flavor.

Our Los Angeles Vodka

Our water, high wine distillate from the alembic and rectified spirit, which is sourced from organic Idaho wheat, are finally blended in our stainless steel agitating tank that has a maximum filling capacity of 132 gallons to achieve the final product.

Once blended, our bottles are rinsed, filled and capped with on the bottling machine.

The final step in the process happens on the labelling machine, where our bottles are hand fed into the machine to be individually labelled.

Each batch is thoroughly inspected against the control standard.

Our Team

Anton Van Der Woude

Anton has spent the last 10 years in the alcohol industry, working on different brands in various countries. Now settled in Los Angeles for some time, he joined the Our/Vodka project because of its exciting innovation and the opportunity to build something of his own. Anton likes his vodka in an Alaskan.

Rupert Runewitsch

Rupert is a British born entrepreneur from London, who spent the majority of his professional career in advertising's biggest agencies. In 2017 he launched a hospitality and retail software called Vista backed by his old employer, Gary Vaynerchuk. Rupert joined the Our/Vodka project because of his love for the brand’s vision, quality and of course his love for Southern California.
